Fully Automatic High Platform Laminator

GMB offers a wide range of automatic laminating machines that are designed for printing products, including posters, photos, cards, packaging boxes, book covers, etc. The latest technique greatly improves lamination effect of dark colour products with no blushing, blisters and mottles. The machine featuring a user-friendly design, refined appearance, is a quick make ready, extremely versatile thermal laminator, with excellent laminating productivity. It has a modular design to add options such as a non-stop pre-stacker, powder removal assembly, chain knife sheeting system, or non-stop stacker.

Feeder

Sheets pre-stacker provides a continuous feed without a stop
Servo-controlled feeder head, synchronizing with the host speed, replenishes  sheets
Sheets gap sensor for self-protection

Laminator

Electromagnetic-heated, chrome laminating roller
Hydraulic pump along with rubber roller exerts a big, even and constant laminating pressure
Film mounted on an automatic electric lifting air-shaft
Air-shaft ensures precise film release tension and speed
Film roll slitting and perforating mechanisms

Laminating pressure up to 10 MPa


Sheeter

Adjustable pro-active, anti-curl bar takes the curl out of laminated sheets

Steer wheels exert negative force on one side to help with sheeting

High-speed mechanical sheeting system driven by steady pneumatic assembly and equipped with a photoelectric detection


Stacker

High-speed stacker

Corrugated delivery system flattens and delivers sheets

Side joggers and back-stop stack sheets in order


Others

High platform matches the height of the printing machine

Feed, overlap and side-lay adjustment, powder removal, laminating, sheeting and stacking can be finished in one pass
